The ideal candidate has 2+ years in multi-family leasing management, strong financial and administrative skills, and excellent communication. A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multi-family leasing management experience.
• Strong financial and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• A high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
• Bilingual skills (a plus, not required).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Leading daily operations with professionalism and positivity.
