Job summary

Zellis Residential is seeking a Community Manager for a single-site, in-society residential property in Santa Fe. You will oversee daily operations, leasing performance, and resident experience through a period of renovation, coordinating with construction teams to minimize disruption and maintain occupancy.

The role requires strong leadership, bilingual communication in English and Spanish, and deep knowledge of property management.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of property management experience.
• Experience coordinating renovations or rehab projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day property operations, including leasing and maintenance coordination.
• Coordinate between operations and renovation teams to minimize resident disruption.
• Oversee lease administration, renewals, rent collection, and policy enforcement.
• Prepare financial and operational reports for management and ownership.
