Job summary

Zellis Residential seeks a Community Manager in Colorado to lead a transitioning property through renovation, oversee leasing, operations, and resident experience, and coach on-site staff. Fluency in English and Spanish is highly preferred to serve a bilingual resident base.

Responsibilities include coordinating with construction teams, managing turnover, and maintaining occupancy while upholding hospitality standards. A strong focus on safety, compliance, and community engagement is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of property management experience with leasing, operations, and team leadership.
• Experience managing a property during renovation, rehabilitation, or lease-up is strongly preferred.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
• College degree preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software; Yardi Voyager experience preferred.
• Familiarity with local real estate laws, Fair Housing regulations, and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day property operations including leasing, maintenance coordination, vendor management, safety and security, and administrative functions.
• Serve as the on-site point of coordination between property operations and renovation/construction teams.
• Manage unit turnover strategy in coordination with renovation timelines and maintain occupancy during transitions.
• Conduct regular property inspections to assess condition and ensure renovated spaces meet quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and local housing requirements.
