Job summary

Peak Living seeks a qualified Community Manager for our Santa Fe, NM communities. Under the Regional Manager, you will oversee on-site operations, supervise staff, manage leasing, rent collections, and resident relations.

This full-time role requires strong leadership, budgeting, customer service, and a focus on maintaining high occupancy and revenue. We offer PTO, holidays, benefits, and a 401k match.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years as onsite Community Manager or Assistant in multi-family housing or similar.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; CAM/ARM preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all community staff and ensure leasing standards are met.
• Direct marketing efforts and prepare lease paperwork.
• Determine renewal rates and communicate renewal letters to secure renewals.
• Review accounts for delinquencies and enforce lease terms to maximize revenue.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports and manage occupancy, collections, and expenses.
• Coordinate resident activities and loyalty programs; identify operational improvements.
