Job summary

Zellis Residential in Denver, CO, seeks a Community Manager to lead a single-site residential community through operations, leasing, resident experience and team development while overseeing renovation activities.

You'll manage on-site leasing, revenue performance, vendor relationships, and a transitioning property during active rehab, with bilingual English/Spanish communication preferred to support resident relations and hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of property management experience.
• Bilingual English and Spanish strongly preferred.
• College degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day property operations including leasing, maintenance coordination, vendor management, safety and security, and administrative functions.
• Oversee lease administration, renewals, rent collection, delinquency follow-up, and policy enforcement.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote units and renovation progress to stay competitive.
• Produce weekly and monthly reports for Regional Management and ownership.
• Lead, coach, and develop the on-site team including leasing staff and maintenance technicians.
