Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s preferred or related housing experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the housing community.
• Supervise staff including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Develop budgets, manage leasing, maintenance, and risk.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing.
• Plan marketing and leasing strategies; improve NOI.
