Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an on-site Community Manager in Gretna, Nebraska to oversee all operations of a housing community under Regional Manager supervision. You will lead staff, manage leasing, budgeting, and risk management while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, financial reporting, marketing, resident relations, and leadership of emergency response.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or related housing industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a housing community.
• Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and monitor expenses.
