Job summary

Founders Property Management in Tucson, AZ seeks an Assistant Community Manager to help oversee the leasing office, show apartments, and maintain a low level of delinquency.

You will meet with prospective tenants, process leases, collect deposits, coordinate notices, and handle resident concerns with a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Meets with prospective tenants and records information to ascertain needs and qualifications.
• Assists prospects in viewing model apartments and discusses size and layout of rooms and lease terms.
• Completes lease forms and maintains resident files securely.
• Keeps track of approval process by contacting previous landlords and employers.
• Answers incoming phone calls and handles each call accordingly.
• Compiles listings of available units for rent and creates advertisements reflecting current market pricing.
• Represents the company in a professional manner at all times.
• Deals with resident concerns and requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Assists in distribution of community-issued notices and regularly walks grounds to communicate inventory.

Responsibilities
