Job summary

IWG is seeking a Part-Time Community Associate for our Murray, Utah center. This role, 25 hours per week, is on-site and focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, managing day-to-day center operations, and assisting clients with in-center needs.

You will help with Wi-Fi changes, package inquiries, directions, and setup, while ensuring accurate invoicing and service delivery. The position supports events and local networking activities and promotes a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy center.
• Strong communication skills and relationship-building with customers and colleagues.
• Proven problem-solving skills with ownership mindset.
• Positive, energetic, and adaptable to fast-changing situations.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with daily in-center needs and inquiries (Wi‑Fi codes, packages, directions, etc.).
• Ensure accurate service charges and invoicing; support center operations and setup.
• Help plan and promote local networking events and maintain center spaces.
