Job summary

IWG plc in Manchester, NH is seeking a Part Time Community Associate to join our on-site team at Elm Street. You’ll help customers, manage day-to-day requests, set up meeting spaces, and keep the center running smoothly.

Working 20 hours per week with no nights or weekends, you’ll build community, schedule light events, assist with printing and invoicing, and ensure a friendly, efficient experience for members.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Happy taking ownership of problems and solving them.
• Positive, enthusiastic and able to adapt to fast-changing situations.
• Experience with MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help with requests (Wi‑Fi codes, packages, directions, projector setup).
• Connect calls, issue appropriate assistance, and ensure services are charged correctly.
• Organize next week’s networking events and create promotional posters for the center.
• Assist with printing, invoicing, and guiding customers to exits or facilities as needed.
