Qualifications

• 1+ years of Community Director experience required.
• Strong understanding of leasing, pricing, and revenue management fundamentals.
• Experience with property management software (RealPage/OneSite, Yardi, Fortress).
• Fair Housing certification required within 7 days of employment; CAPS or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage operating budget and financial performance against targets.
• Maintain occupancy above budgeted levels through proactive leasing.
• Oversee rent collection, delinquency management, and evictions when needed.
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports for leadership and partners.
• Develop and execute action plans to address performance gaps.
• Lead leasing, pricing, and revenue management strategies.
• Hire, train, and supervise on-site staff; conduct performance evaluations.
• Ensure strong resident experience and curb appeal.
