Regus Management Group, LLC is seeking a Part Time Community Associate in Peoria, AZ. You’ll work on-site to build and maintain a vibrant local community within our center, handling customer needs and administrative tasks to help clients run their business smoothly.

You’ll greet customers, assist with Wi-Fi, packages, directions, and setup, charge services accurately, plan events, and coordinate with the City Manager for networking activities, all while delivering friendly service.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries,Wi-Fi codes, packages, directions, and room setup.
• Ensure services are accurately charged and invoices are correct.
• Maintain a welcoming, organized center and support event planning.
• Coordinate with the City Manager for networking activities.
