Job summary

Regus is seeking a Community Associate for an on-site, not remote, role in Panama City Beach, FL. You will work to build and maintain an in-center community for a diverse set of customers, handling administrative tasks, inquiries, and daily operations to ensure smooth center experiences.

You’ll coordinate services, assist with AV setup, manage tickets, and support events while maintaining high service levels and professional relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to build relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities smoothly.
• Experience using MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries, directions, and setup needs.
• Manage day-to-day center operations and coordinate ticketing in the service portal.
• Help with room setup, AV equipment, and meeting logistics.
• Prepare and send invoices for services used and ensure accurate charging.
• Plan and support networking events and community engagement within the center.
