Regus in Miami is seeking a Community Associate to help manage our center, assist customers, and maintain daily operations. You will support a busy community of professionals, handle inquiries, coordinate services, and ensure the space runs smoothly.

Formación

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to adapt to fast-changing situations
• Experience using MS Office and basic IT equipment
• Legally eligible to work and at least 18

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with inquiries and day-to-day center services.
• Set up and troubleshoot equipment and Wi-Fi requests.
• Coordinate events and communicate with customers in networking sessions.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and service portal tickets are opened.
