FirstService Residential is seeking a Community Association Manager to lead the on-site operation at a Florida property. You will coordinate with regional directors and the Board to implement projects and deliver quality service to residents.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing contracts, site inspections, and overseeing construction and maintenance within time and budget. A Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekends is typical.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property operations, hospitality, or construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Must be Certified and Licensed by the State of Florida for Community Association Management (CAM).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Windows.
• Strong organization, leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide management and leadership to assigned property and book of business.
• Manage the functions of a team within a property while maintaining standards of excellence.
• Act as liaison to ensure quality service and timely responses to questions or problems.
• Maintain knowledge of the contract between the association and FirstService Residential and ensure obligations are met.
• Initiate contact with new residents.
• Conduct site inspections and provide improvement recommendations.
• Oversee construction projects and property maintenance within budget and schedule.
• Create and upload information in our portal (work orders, meeting minutes, monthly reports).
• Interview, hire, train and schedule staff; ensure proper coverage and resolve problems.
