Job summary

Based in Dallas or Houston, the role travels to jobsites up to 20% and collaborates with client PR teams to ensure clear, timely messaging aligned with brand standards.

The ideal candidate will write and distribute community bulletins, construction alerts, and outreach materials while supporting internal and external corporate communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or related field.
• 2–4 years’ experience in public relations, community relations, or corporate communications.
• Experience in a fast-paced B2B or professional services environment; AEC experience valued.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Strong writing skills for plain-language community bulletins and alerts.

Responsibilities

• Embedded on-site communications resource for data center projects and related sites.
• Coordinate community bulletins, alerts, and signage for project activities.
• Write and distribute notices addressing noise, dust, traffic, and work-hour changes.
• Build relationships with neighbors and local stakeholders.
• Attend meetings to take notes and manage project photo archives.
• Monitor local media and escalate PR risks as needed.
