Job summary

HNTB Corporation invites an experienced Sr P3 Construction Outreach/Communications Specialist to join our Nashville field team. You will work directly with construction and project delivery teams to plan, coordinate, and implement public involvement activities, translating field conditions and milestones into clear communications for stakeholders and the traveling public.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 6 years of experience (or 10 years without a degree), with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 6 years of relevant experience, or 10 years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience embedding with construction or project delivery teams.
• Proven ability to translate complex construction information into clear communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and disseminate outreach materials and manage external communications with agencies, associations, and media.
• Draft speeches and presentation materials; prepare remarks and briefing documents.
• Create digital strategies for websites and social media; track KPIs and reports.
• Coordinate public meetings and stakeholder engagements; ensure accurate documentation.
