Job summary

HNTB seeks a Sr P3 Construction Outreach/Communications Specialist to join a field-based team supporting infrastructure projects. Based at a project site, you will translate field conditions and milestones into clear communications for stakeholders and the public.

You will develop outreach materials, draft remarks, and coordinate public meetings while partnering with construction leadership to ensure messaging aligns with project priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of relevant experience in public engagement, communications or related field.
• Experience embedded in field-based environments with project teams.
• Ability to translate technical information into clear public communications.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements outreach materials and information dissemination for project messaging to stakeholders.
• Drafts speeches and prepares briefing documents for public events.
• Creates digital strategies for web and social channels.
• Supports coordination of public meetings and stakeholder engagements.
• Interacts with clients to align communications with project goals.
