Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Manager for the Magenta Services Center in Overland Park, KS. This role focuses on controls governance, SOX compliance, audit coordination, and remediation across multiple value streams.

You will partner with senior leaders to ensure control design, ownership, and evidence standards are maintained, while driving continuous improvement and governance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of related work experience or advanced degree with 1 year related work experience.
• Areas of study include Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 4-7 years related experience in financial, shared services or operational setting.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain a controls governance framework across all service towers; establish a structured controls inventory.
• Establish and govern a clear RACI for controls ownership and governance reporting.
• Support internal and external audits; manage audit readiness and escalation of findings.
• Own remediation lifecycle for control deficiencies with root-cause analysis.
• Embed controls impact review into project/change lifecycle and ensure go-live readiness.
• Provide clear reporting on controls posture to senior leadership; coordinate with partners.
