Job summary

Newrez is seeking an experienced Supervisor Commercial Loans to lead a on-site team handling commercial/bridge collections. The role requires deep knowledge of delinquency resolution, loss mitigation options, and collaboration with portfolio managers to execute action plans.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years in finance/collections, prior management experience, and strong skills in leadership, communication, and Excel. This position emphasizes on-site collaboration and performance coaching.

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ experience in finance, collections, commercial, customer service, or related industry.
• Previous management experience with staff supervision.
• On-site presence required; strong organizational and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain staff and provide guidance, leadership, and mentoring to develop skills.
• Monitor inbound Commercial call production and Loss Mitigation outcomes.
• Review client matrices and determine appropriate assistance for delinquencies.
• Coordinate with portfolio managers on action plans and workout strategies.
• Ensure documentation and processes meet company and regulatory guidelines.
