Qualifications

• Experience in collections and recovery workflows.
• Familiarity with skip tracing and loan terminology.
• Proven negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage workload.
• Strong typing and computer skills.
• Must complete writing assessment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review loan information.
• Contact borrowers to cure delinquency and arrange payments.
• Identify optimal workout strategies and assist opportunities.
• Gather documents for rehab progress and loss mitigation.
• Serve as SPOC for loss mitigation processes.
• Monitor shared team mailboxes and voicemails.
