Job summary

Alliance Laundry Systems Distribution is seeking an Installer to install, service, and repair commercial laundry equipment for a broad base of customers. You will perform on-site repairs, start-ups, and routine maintenance, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.

The role involves traveling to customer locations, collaborating with the Service Manager, and providing clear client instructions while maintaining meticulous records and reporting for every job.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in commercial, military, industrial, or manufacturing equipment repair preferred.
• Knowledge of single-phase electric power equipment required.
• Experience with telephone/email/ticketing dispatch systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair, install, start-up, operate, and service equipment per standards and safety requirements.
• Diagnose issues, provide findings and instructions to clients post-installation.
• Assist with routine preventive maintenance and parts replacement.
• Write accurate reports summarizing work performed.
