Job summary

Alliance Laundry Systems is seeking an Installer to manage delivery, installation and start-up of commercial laundry equipment. You will work with our Installation team to ensure safety, quality, and on-time completion.

The role involves reading blueprints, wiring and utility connections, and coordinating with contractors across laundromats, hotels, and multi-unit sites. A valid driver's license and clean MVR are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years working with commercial, military, industrial or manufacturing equipment repair preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic knowledge of electric, plumbing and HVAC helpful.
• Experience with dispatch systems (phone/email) preferred.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, install, start-up, operate, and other duties to ensure customer satisfaction per company standards.
• Install, configure, and commission commercial washers, dryers, and finishing equipment in laundromats, hotels, hospitals, and multi-unit facilities.
• Read and interpret blueprints and equipment manuals to ensure proper installation.
• Connect equipment to electrical, plumbing, gas, and ventilation systems following local codes.
• Level and anchor equipment to floors/walls per safety standards.
• Test installed equipment and troubleshoot issues before handoff.
• Coordinate with general contractors and facility managers on site logistics.
• Train end users and facility staff on operation and maintenance.
• Complete installation documentation and warranty registrations.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory.
• Communicate escalations to Manager and contribute to process improvements.
