Job summary

Alliance Laundry Systems Distribution is seeking an Installer to manage delivery, installation, start-up, and service of commercial laundry equipment. You will read blueprints, connect to electrical and plumbing systems, and train facility staff on operation and maintenance.

Travel within service territory is required; lifting up to 50 lbs is expected, with safety-first practices emphasized. The role requires a high school diploma and 3+ years of related equipment repair or installation

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required.
3+ years of work experience with commercial, military, industrial or manufacturing equipment repair preferred.
Basic knowledge of electric, plumbing, and HVAC helpful.
Experience with dispatch systems via phone/email is preferred.
Proficient MS Outlook, Word and Excel skills preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver, install, start-up and test commercial laundry equipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
Install, configure and commission washers, dryers and finishing equipment.
Read blueprints and wiring diagrams to ensure proper installation.
Connect equipment to electrical, plumbing, gas, and ventilation systems per codes.
Level and anchor equipment to floors and walls, ensuring safety.
Train end users on operation and basic maintenance.
Complete installation documentation, inspection checklists and warranty registration.
Maintain company vehicle, tools, and parts inventory in good order.
