Job summary

Alliance Laundry Systems LLC seeks an Installer to manage delivery, installation, start-up, and service of commercial laundry equipment. You will work with the Installation team to meet quality standards, safety policies, and timely project completion across laundromats, hotels, hospitals, and multi-unit facilities.

The role requires mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, blueprint reading, and strong communication with contractors and facility managers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of work experience in commercial/military/industrial equipment repair preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electric, plumbing, and HVAC would be helpful.
• Experience in telephone and email/ticketing dispatch system-based customer support preferred.
• Proficient computer skills including using MS Outlook, Word, and Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, install, start-up, operate, and perform duties to ensure customer satisfaction per company standards.
• Install, configure, and commission commercial washers, dryers, and finishing equipment in laundromats, hotels, hospitals, and multi-unit facilities.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and manuals for proper installation.
• Connect equipment to electrical, plumbing, gas, and ventilation systems per local codes.
• Level and anchor equipment to floors and walls; test operation and troubleshoot issues before handoff.
• Coordinate with contractors and facility staff on site logistics.
• Train end users and staff on operation and basic maintenance.
• Complete installation documentation and warranty registration.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and parts inventory.
• Communicate escalations to Manager and contribute to process improvements.
