Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of work experience repairing commercial/military/industrial equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of single-phase electric power equipment required.
• Experience with telephone and email/ticketing dispatch system-based customer support preferred.
• Proficient computer skills including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair commercial laundry equipment at customer sites following company standards.
• Provide accurate diagnosis, findings, recommendations, and usage instructions to clients.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and parts replacement and ordering.
• Write accurate reports summarizing work performed.
• Travel to customer locations in a company vehicle for on-site repairs and installations.
• Communicate escalations to Service Manager and contribute to process improvements.
• Manage inventory and reporting of company expenses.
