Job summary

Alliance Laundry Systems LLC is seeking a skilled Installer to install, service, and repair commercial laundry equipment at customer sites. The role requires driving to client locations, diagnosing issues, and performing preventive maintenance and parts replacements as needed.

You will document activities, communicate findings to customers, and ensure safety and quality standards are upheld. Some travel is required within the service territory, and a valid driver’s license is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of work experience in commercial, military, industrial or manufacturing equipment repair preferred.
• Knowledge of single-phase electric power equipment required.
• Experience in telephone and email/ticketing dispatch system-based customer support preferred.
• Proficient computer skills including using MS Outlook, Word, and Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair commercial laundry equipment following company standards.
• Provide diagnosis, recommendations, and instructions to clients on usage of equipment.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and parts orders to meet deadlines.
• Write accurate reports summarizing work performed.
• Travel to customer locations in company vehicle for on-site repairs and installations.
• Communicate escalations to Service Manager and contribute to process improvements.
