Job summary

Estes + Sinacori (E+S) Builders in Texas seeks a Project Estimator for on-site responsibilities in Austin. You will prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial projects, review plans, perform quantity takeoffs, and develop accurate budgets and proposals.

You will collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and clients to clarify scope, identify cost-saving opportunities, maintain historical cost data, and contribute to continuous improvement of estimating processes.

Qualifications

• Experience developing precise, competitive bids and budgets for commercial projects.
• Ability to manage costs and budgets across multiple bids.
• Strong communication to present estimates to internal teams and clients.
• Experience with ground-up and tenant improvements; healthcare/hospitality exposure is beneficial.
• Proficiency with estimating software and reading drawings.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and deadline management.
