Job summary

SiteRx, Maitland, FL, is seeking a Patient Liaison to engage patients and coordinate care related to treatment communications from providers. The role focuses on education and enrollment in clinical trials, requiring excellent communication and patient-service orientation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2+ years of call center experience with customer service focus.
• Medical terminology a plus; bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Handle 50+ inbound/outbound calls daily with patients and caregivers for education and engagement in clinical trials.
• Ensure accurate collection and entry of patient information into databases during calls.
• Provide individualized, caring, and efficient service while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and attend meetings to support patient engagement initiatives.
