Job summary

Parexel is seeking an experienced Global Patient and Site Engagement – Clinical Trial Liaison to join our oncology-focused program. This fully remote role welcomes applicants in eligible countries.

The candidate will drive site and patient engagement, foster relationships with key opinion leaders, and provide scientific support to trial teams. The role requires an advanced medical degree or equivalent, with at least 2 years as an MSL or similar, plus Spanish language proficiency.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (PharmD, MD, PhD or equivalent) with oncology experience is required.
• Minimum 2 years as an Medical Science Liaison or comparable role.
• Spanish is required; English proficiency essential.
• Willingness to travel ~60% in a field-based role.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with KOLs, principal investigators, sub-investigators, and healthcare providers in Oncology.
• Lead site and patient engagement initiatives to improve trial operations and patient diversity.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet site engagement objectives and recruitment timelines.
• Provide scientific presentations and information in academic, community, and healthcare settings.
• Develop territory plans and execute site/patient activities; share best practices across teams.
• Document and communicate clinical insights to study teams and external partners.
