Position Summary

The Clinical Trial Site Engagement Liaison serves as a connection between clinical trial sites, internal scientific teams, patient navigators, and participants throughout the clinical trial enrollment process. This role is responsible for reviewing and understanding trial delivery reports presented by scientific teams, proactively engaging with clinical trial sites to facilitate outreach, communication, enrollment progression. This role will also act as a liaison between Navigator, Scientist and Participant while actively enrolling in Clinical Trials.

Key Responsibilities

• Trial Review & Scientific Collaboration The following activities involve participation in clinical trial delivery meetings and scientific review discussions; discussing with participants their interest in trials and outreach to trial sites following our processes
• Site Outreach Proactively contact clinical trial sites to discuss study availability, enrollment status; maintain professional relationships with site coordinators, investigators, research staff, and referral partners; follow up consistently with sites regarding referral status, medical record review, screening appointments, and enrollment outcomes
• Participant Coordination & Liaison Responsibilities Serve as the communication bridge between the navigator team, scientific team, participants, and clinical trial sites; provide timely updates regarding site feedback, next steps, and enrollment progress
• Operational & Documentation Support Maintain accurate documentation of outreach efforts, site communications, participant statuses, and enrollment milestones; track referral metrics, site responsiveness, and enrollment outcomes
