Qualifications

• Associates in Nursing is required; LPN with ambulatory care experience is also accepted.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Minimum of 2 years in a healthcare leadership or coordination role.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and office systems.
• Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance for multi-clinic support.

Responsabilités

• Lead clinical teams and coordinate clinic operations across multiple locations.
• Oversee staff recruitment, onboarding, and access/privileges in the system.
• Maintain staff schedules and time/attendance documentation.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal departments to uphold quality and safety standards.
