Gritman Medical Center, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Internal Medicine in Moscow, ID. This full-time, on-site role covers patient education, intake and documentation, in-office testing, vaccines, injections, and care coordination under supervising physicians.

Ideal candidates hold an ASN in Nursing, Idaho RN license or compact license, and BLS certification. Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management are essential to support diverse

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with an AS in Nursing.
• Must be a Licensed Registered Nurse in Idaho or hold a compact state license and have BLS.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient, caregiver, and family teaching tailored to age and learning needs.
• Document clinical intake, care, and outcomes; assist with exams and procedures as needed.
• Perform CLIA-waived lab testing and venipuncture with quality assurance.
• Administer in-office diagnostic tests and EKGs under supervision.
• Support provider during exams and procedures, and document orders/referrals.
• Understand and implement VFC and adult vaccine protocols as required.
• Handle medication prior authorizations and injections under supervision.
• Manage inventory and supplies; monitor safety in the clinical setting.
• Use EHR in-box to process and file patient records and communications.
• Monitor front office operations for safety and privacy; escalate incidents as needed.
• Record and report incidents via online reporting system and EHR.
