AMJ is seeking a Project Executive in Hallandale Beach, FL to manage end-to-end project delivery for client projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

You will maintain proactive client communication, collaborate across Editorial, Design, Sales, and external partners, and contribute to performance reporting to demonstrate results and client value. This role emphasizes organization, client focus, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a project coordinator or client success executive.
• Clear, proactive communicator who can manage client needs.
• Strong planning and prioritization across multiple projects.
• Detail-oriented with rigorous deliverables and deadlines.
• Able to build rapport and sustain client relationships.
• Solution-minded and able to foresee risks and adapt to changing client needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of projects (articles, infographics, podcasts, webinars).
• Maintain clear updates and responsive client communication.
• Prepare project performance summaries and analytics.
• Collaborate with Editorial, Design, Sales, Marketing, and external contractors to ensure progress and deadlines.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and flag potential risks.
• Support account activities and identify opportunities to improve delivery and client outcomes.
