Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer JAMMS and JDE systems for field operations data entry and reporting.
• Answer, screen, and direct all incoming communications; manage scheduling of work orders.
• Prepare client reports and ensure data accuracy; support KPI tracking and RACI duties.
• Replenish and maintain office inventory; assist team with basic administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure smooth operations.
