Avery Dennison in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Client Specialist/On Site to autonomously manage day-to-day client relationships for a high-revenue account, ensuring objectives and schedules are met. This is a full-time, on-site role located at the client site in Little Rock, AR.

You will coordinate print and fulfillment projects, work closely with IT, Creative, Operations, and Sales teams, and resolve client concerns while negotiating SLA deviations to ensure delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field, or equivalent education/work experience.
• 3–5 years of client service experience.
• Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision.
• Proficiency in SQL or similar database querying.
• Strong communication skills across software tools.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary relationship manager for high-revenue client accounts.
• Coordinate print and fulfillment projects across internal teams.
• Evaluate project requirements and data integrity with IT and Sales.
• Own issue resolution by investigating and resolving client concerns.
• Negotiate SLA deviations and coordinate expedited delivery when needed.
