Job summary

Avery Dennison is seeking a Client Specialist/On Site to autonomously manage day-to-day relationships for a major high-revenue account. You will plan, coordinate print and fulfillment projects, and work with IT, Creative, Operations, and Sales to ensure data integrity and timely delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in business or marketing, 3–5 years of client service, and strong SQL/ERP and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or equivalent education/experience.
• 3 to 5 years of related business experience in client service.
• Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision and diplomacy.
• Experience querying databases using SQL or similar tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with MS Office and ERP proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary day-to-day relationship manager for high-revenue client accounts.
• Coordinate print and fulfillment projects with internal departments.
• Evaluate requirements, data integrity, and workflows with IT and Sales teams.
• Own the issue resolution process, investigating and resolving client concerns.
• Negotiate SLA deviations and determine commitments like expedited shipping.
