Machinify is seeking a Client Services Operations Support Representative I to join our on-site team in Lathrop, CA. The role focuses on clerical support and efficient processing of high-volume transactions for Healthcare Eligibility and Recovery Services.

This position requires working on-site at our Lathrop office. You will perform data entry, process payments, and handle light phone work with insurers and providers, while ensuring compliance with policies and timelines.

Qualifications

• Some experience in customer service or clerical work.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic skills in Excel and Word.
• Fast and accurate typing and 10-key skills.
• Good communication, both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support: filing, mail processing, and data entry.
• Process incoming correspondence and payments (checks, EFT, cards).
• Some phone work contacting insurers and providers for payment info.
• Enter data into various systems per workflows.
• Meet quality, productivity, and training requirements.
