Job summary

Machinify is seeking a Claims Coordinator to ensure accurate and timely processing of healthcare claims across the country. You will review notifications, verify documents, set up claims in the system, and route them to the right departments while upholding HIPAA standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 40 WPM typing, strong data entry skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat, and the ability to learn new software quickly.

Qualifications

• Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM.
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to learn company-specific software quickly.
• Excellent organizational and analytical thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor claim notifications for complete and legible documents.
• Enter data accurately and set correct claim statuses.
• Analyze data and client-submitted documents (claims, EOBs, bills).
• Transfer claim documents to relevant departments and systems.
• Create appeal letters and return to clients.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and security standards.
