Machinify is seeking a Client Services Operations Support Representative I to provide clerical support for Healthcare Eligibility and Recovery Services. This on-site role in Lathrop, CA involves high-volume data entry, file processing, payments posting, and light phone work with providers and carriers.

You will be expected to maintain accuracy, meet daily deadlines, and quickly learn client applications while delivering strong customer service and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in customer service or clerical roles preferred.
• Strong basic math, data entry and Excel/Word skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support including copying, filing, data entry and mail handling.
• Process documents and payments; post payments (checks, EFT, cards).
• Handle light phone work, gather payment information from carriers/providers.
• Enter data into various applications and adhere to policies and standards.
• Meet quality/productivity goals and deadlines; maintain accuracy.
