Job summary

Machinify is seeking a Client Services Operations Support Representative I (Remote) to handle clerical tasks and high-volume processing within Healthcare Eligibility and Recovery Services operations. The role includes data entry, payments posting, and light phone work for insurance carriers and providers.

A high school diploma and basic Excel/Word skills are required, with strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; proof sought prior to hire.
• One year or more of related office clerical support experience preferred.
• Ability to perform basic tasks in Microsoft Excel and Word with occasional assistance.
• Fast and accurate typing with 10-key skills and basic math ability.
• Strong written and oral communication; ability to learn internal and client applications quickly.
• Detail-oriented, organized, able to multi-task and meet daily deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support including copying, filing, processing documents and mail.
• Perform basic data entry, phone work, and operate general office equipment.
• Process incoming correspondence and post payments (checks, EFT, cards).
• Contact insurance carriers and healthcare providers to gather payment information.
• Enter data into various applications/systems; adhere to policies and regulations.
• Meet quality and productivity goals; obtain client clearances as required.
• Complete training with acceptable scores and apply knowledge appropriately.
• Complete other tasks to meet business needs.
