Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a driven and compassionate Client Services Manager to join our Habilitation team in Hilo, Hawaii. You will help coordinate dependable services for clients and families while supporting the employees who provide care in the community.

This is a new position created to support the growth of the BHA office. You will help build strong relationships, maintain a responsive client experience, and contribute to an organized, collaborative office culture.

Qualifications

• Ability to work on-site Monday–Friday in Hilo, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support delivery of high-quality habilitation services.
• Develop and manage a caseload while maintaining relationships with clients, families, employees, and referrals.
• Engage with clients and families to understand needs and promote positive experience.
• Coordinate schedules and staffing to ensure reliable service delivery.
• Recruit, onboard, engage, and retain field employees.
• Provide administrative supervision and support to field staff.
• Maintain accurate client and employee information and follow processes.
• Monitor service coverage and caseload activity to meet office goals.
• Assist with fiscal management of the caseload and resource use.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve workflows and growth.
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, employees, and partners.
• Uphold BAYADA’s standards for quality, compliance and confidentiality.
• Perform additional duties to support the office operations.
