BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Habilitation Technician to work as a Personal Support Assistant on Oahu. Help individuals with developmental disabilities build independence in the community.

No experience required; we offer paid training and weekly pay, with flexible scheduling to fit your life. Join a caring team and make a real difference in people’s lives.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Passion for providing opportunities to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Build long lasting relationships in a one-on-one setting a few hours a week.
• Spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities, like Special Olympics.
• Support clients in developing their independence and achieving their goals (e.g., budgeting, socializing, shopping, using public transportation, exercise)
• Be attentive to meet the individual’s needs with dignity and respect.
• Ensure client safety and well-being in the home and community.
• Have fun on Oahu as a supportive Buddy!

Pay Rate: $19/Hour

BAYADA Habilitation is looking for a Habilitation Technician to work as a Personal Support Assistant to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities develop and maintain as much independence as possible in the local community.

This is a rewarding opportunity for those who are passionate about helping people with disabilities achieve their goals and live their best lives. How You’ll Make an Impact:
