BAYADA Home Health Care in Hawaii is seeking an RN Clinical Manager for the Big Island Visits office in Hilo. This leadership role focuses on guiding field staff, ensuring exceptional client care, and shaping a culture of clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Active HI RN license in good standing; BSN or MS preferred where required.
• At least 2 years of home health or community health nursing experience.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and track record of achieving goals.
• Aligned with BAYADA values of compassion, excellence, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support field staff in delivering high-quality, compassionate client care.
• Serve as internal case manager and client advocate—coordinating care, assignments, and care plans.
• Oversee service quality, including clinical documentation review and KPIs.
• Match clinicians to clients and ensure individualized care plans are developed and kept current.
• Provide clinical oversight: hiring, validating competency, reviewing performance, and training.
• Partner with office leadership to launch programs and strengthen training.
• Represent BAYADA in the community, including outreach to physicians and facilities.
