Job summary

Trane Technologies in North America is seeking a CSR I to support service estimations, renewals, and booking for Commercial HVAC. The role partners with the sales team and account managers to drive growth, improve customer satisfaction, and ensure contractual obligations are met.

Training and on-site collaboration with the sales team are emphasized. Expect to learn sales tactics while handling contracts, invoicing, and proposals.

Qualifications

• Certificate/degree from college or technical school with two years related experience and/or training; or three years with HS Diploma/GED
• Strong customer orientation and relationship-building
• Effective communication in person, by phone and in writing
• Proficient with telephone, computer and office equipment
• Able to work extended hours occasionally

Responsibilities

• Support Service Estimators in estimating and booking Service work promptly and in compliance
• Maintain and drive the Service Agreement renewal process via Salesforce and proposals
• Assist Account Managers with estimating and booking service work for Strategic accounts
• Identify issues and opportunities related to estimating and booking of Service Work
• Assist local service office with accounts receivable management
• Support timely and effective estimating and booking to meet growth plans
• Help create standard work cadence to meet customer needs
• Ensure opportunities are entered in Salesforce and sales pipeline is current
• Perform other duties as assigned
