Trane Technologies plc in Reno, NV is seeking a Client Service Representative to deliver outstanding service and drive growth within a portfolio of small service agreements. You will support account managers, respond quickly to inquiries, and coordinate with the estimating team to deliver timely quotes and proposals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or certificate and 2+ years’ experience in customer service.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or certificate with two years’ work experience preferred.
• Customer service experience with relationship building is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task and think critically in high-stress situations.
• Effective communication in person, by phone and in writing.
• Valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional service and support to a specific group of Account Managers.
• Drive growth by prospecting for non-agreement customers.
• Manage time and material (T&M) and Quoted Job opportunities with the estimating team.
• Maintain Salesforce with accurate account information and sales pipeline.
• Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours.
• Review weekly financial performance and create corrective plans.
• Sell and expand the customer base to meet growth plans.
