You will oversee field inspection teams, enforce contract plans and specifications, monitor work zone safety, and handle daily contract administration.

The role requires NICET Level IV certification or 10+ years of experience in heavy highway construction management, and familiarity with NJDOT/NJTA standards and Construction Management

Qualifications

• NICET Level IV certification or 10+ years of experience in heavy highway construction management.
• Familiarity with NJDOT or NJTA design standards, Construction Management systems (Site Manager or Cap Ex), and internal Contract Compliance procedures.

Responsibilities

• On-Site Field Management: manage field inspection teams and enforce plans.
• Contract & Documentation: review quantities, logs, RFIs, and submittals.
• Safety & Traffic: monitor MPT, safety, and OSHA compliance on site.
• Communication: convey technical information clearly to clients and teams.
