Job summary

CSL Plasma is seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead to drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives across manufacturing operations. The role leads the CI portfolio, coaches the CI team, and ensures safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements.

This on-site position collaborates with cross-functional partners and reports to the Senior Director, Operational Services. A strong Lean Six Sigma background and PMP or equivalent are preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in GxP-regulated manufacturing with leadership.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt preferred.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Knowledge of Change Management methodologies and practices.

Responsibilities

• Leads CI strategy deployment across site manufacturing operations.
• Oversees CI projects and ensures on-time delivery with measurable outcomes.
• Tracks and reports financial and non-financial benefits realization.
• Coaches CI team and builds site-wide capability and leadership.
• Ensures compliance with project/change management standards.
