Job summary

PCI Pharma Services in San Diego is seeking a Sr. Continuous Improvement Manager to drive measurable, data‑driven performance gains across manufacturing and business processes.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, apply Lean Six Sigma, and set up standard work and process controls. The role partners with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance, and sits on the Site Leadership Team with dotted line to the Site Leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification with 8–10 years in manufacturing or process engineering.
• 3+ years leading continuous improvement initiatives and driving measurable savings.

Responsibilities

• Create lean vision with Global OPEX Director / Site Leader and drive an Operational Center of Excellence.
• Facilitate A3 projects, kaizen events and multi-practitioner teams to share best practices.
• Lead end-to-end process analysis, mapping, redesign, and standard work creation.
• Identify bottlenecks, variability drivers, and implement control strategies.
• Analyze data to validate improvements; report ROI and cost savings to leadership.
