Job summary

Times Square Church is seeking a Project Manager/Administrator for the Communications team to ensure projects move from concept to completion with clarity and excellence.

You will own the communications calendar, oversee the graphic production workflow, and coordinate cross-ministry collaboration for in-service, digital, and on-site channels, reporting to the Communications Director. This is a full-time, on-site role in New York City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in communications, project management, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in project management, administrative support, or communications.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Familiarity with PM tools (e.g., Asana) and design platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Ministry or church environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the master communications calendar across services, web, email, LED, events.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of graphic assets from request to delivery with branding alignment.
• Serve as liaison between Communications and ministry teams and guide timelines.
• Support weekly live announcements with asset coordination and accuracy checks.
• Coordinate key communications initiatives and events and track timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate with designers to ensure clear briefs and timely delivery with brand consistency.
• Provide administrative support: meetings, inbox handling, task tracking, and file organization.
